Looking for a Handyman?
You're in luck!
- Are you a homeowner, but maybe not the handiest homeowner in the world? Or maybe the years are just catching up on you and making those jobs a lot harder than they used to be?
- Or you just don't want to have to run to the home store 5x to tackle that one annoying project? (Needed a part, forgot the other part, first part was the wrong size, had to run to another store cause the first store was out... just shoot me already!) 😤🤯😵💫
- Are you a homeowner, but maybe not the handiest homeowner in the world? Or maybe the years are just catching up on you and making those jobs a lot harder than they used to be?
- Maybe you are looking for someone to help provide small repairs or home improvements for an aging relative?
- Or maybe you are a landlord on vacation or otherwise indisposed and need could use another landlord (aka: me) to help address those random issues that pop up at your rental property while you are unavailable?
I don't need to tell you how hard it can be to find someone to help out with those small Honey-do projects! Contractors and tradesmen can be very expensive for those smaller projects and are often unwilling to take on small projects that a typical homeowner may run into on occasion.
If you have a project in mind, please reach out and let's talk!

While you should always hire a licensed electrician for any electrical work, some projects are just too simple to pay a premium for. My bedroom had no outlets anywhere near the bed. I was able to tap into and outlet across the room and run wire behind the baseboard to a new outlet on the correct side of the room to easily solve this problem with no drywall work required. Now I don't need an extension cord looping around the room to charge my phone at night!

Did you know Water Heaters are supposed to be flushed annually to clear out debris that accumulates in the tank, making them operate inefficiently and shortening their lives considerably? In this case, the sign that something needed to be done was a miniature swimming pool under the tank, caused by a leaking relief valve. In this case, I replaced the leaking valve, the old corroded Anode Rod, and flushed the tank for this client. ($300 parts and labor)

A client needed a fence repair after a friend broke a few old, custom made tenon fence posts while doing some tree work. I have built several fences in the past and repaired many more and was happy to help my buddy out to quickly fabricate and replace the broken sections to his specifications. ($200 parts and labor)

Refinishing a few old workbenches as a volunteer at the Columbia Art Center. Sanding each bench takes approximately 1.5-2hrs, then a little more time the apply a few coats of finish.
